My two cents worth.

Yeah, why would they? Also there's still 90 days before it's actually happening. So it's not for certain, winner medical deal seems to be on the back burner maybe it's still there somewhere, who knows? But, there is a pattern.

It's my professional opinion that the MOU is more likely to go forward given the 2023 PR against what we have seen to date, assuming the 23 PR was actually related to Cellhelmet, which I believe it was. What is also encouraging is the way Cellhelmet has lined up over 5,000+ retail outlets and provided a path for just ONE of the products offered here.

As for Winner, that's a tough call given they are MIA. On the flip side, with all that's going on in China, I'm guess Winner has its hands full right now with all the crazy that is going on with shipping delays and tariffs. Experience tells me that Winner has a whole lot more to deal with than draper production. One thing is for real, when and if they announce production with Winner, this market will be chasing the stock given the lack of liquidity here.
