#21575 RE: RichieBoy #21571

Thanks Rich...that is what AI is built for, its not for mundane questions where the answers are found on message boards and social media... I am sure if and when MTi gives the go ahead for the audits to begin they will for sure use a firm that incorporates AI for the task. Audits are extremely expensive to have done, particularly when its for a public company that is looking to go from Alternative Reporting to SEC Certified Reporting... that money will be coming out of MTi pocket...since Affluence itself does not have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of...

The question is this Cost to convert from Alternative Reporting to Audited Reporting:

AI Overview
The cost for a public company to transition from alternative reporting to audit reporting can vary significantly, with average audit fees for public companies reaching $2.3 million in 2022 and rising to $3.01 million in 2023. For smaller or OTC public companies, the cost is lower, potentially ranging from $45,000 to $250,000+ per year. The final cost depends on factors like the company's size, industry, and complexity, as well as the specific auditor's rates and the company's readiness for the audit.

I put Affluence in the $150,000.00 and up price range ( per year that is audited... we need 2 past years and the current year we are in )
