Buylow2, do not be confused. Stock prices do lie sometimes. Whenever a stock is undervalued, that's a lie because the stock is trading below its true value. Whenever a stock is overvalued, that too is a lie. The "truth" would be when a stock trades at its NAV, or net asset value, which is often not the case in a retail environment.
As regards HDVY, not being on a retail exchange, we have no idea what the true price is. Only insiders and professionals can see and/or buy at the true price in this Expert market. If you, a retailer, were to sell shares of HDVY, you would likely sell at the posted price, not the true price. So until HDVY is trading on the OTC again, we will not know its true market value. JMHO.
