Is RNVA an inactive shell company? in financial stress that it can afford to maintain required disclosers for a higher tier? missing information for disclosure and or have outdated financial?
As far as that filing last February as the first step and nothing else since, what is someone suppose to think now? the company has decided the costs and effort of full compliance outweigh the benefits of public trading for retail investors? is in such poor financial shape it simply does not have the resources?
