the only discussion of release I know of is wishful thinking here and Maria's unanswered question/statement to Bessent. Consistent statements have been the government will remain in control. How? One is to exercise warrants and end the conservatorship. Another is to do nothing. Conservatorships, especially those adjudicated to be beyond reproach have more control than simple majority holdings. I forgot which litigant (Possibly Hamish Hume) stated that they had more rights in receivership than conservatorship. Let that sink in: having more rights after losing everything than theoretically retaining ownership but under conservatorship.
