One is to exercise warrants and end the conservatorship. Another is to do nothing. Conservatorships, especially those adjudicated to be beyond reproach have more control than simple majority holdings. I forgot which litigant (Possibly Hamish Hume) stated that they had more rights in receivership than conservatorship. Let that sink in: having more rights after losing everything than theoretically retaining ownership but under conservatorship.
