Housing Mkt Weakness...We are NEVER going back to 3% 30-Yr and folks are still under that Illusion and holding off on buying homes...RKT-COOP "Merger Synergies" will take much longer, under current conditions and hence Net Earnings will go down for at least next 6 months, before they will stabilize to move up.
