Given, 20/20, do I wish I'd sold at $230 (which is $21 RKT, not $23, BTW). Of course.

But we did the deal with RKT at $13 (at a 35% premium to market), and its now around $15/16.

My average price for RKT is $1.5x.

RKT's going to be a force to recon with in the coming yrs, as housing picks up and interest rates come down.

I understand what your saying and completely agree with your opinion.

One thing that you already know so I'm just going to remind you.

They want your shares

I don't care what the price is today or 6 months from now. I want to see a yearly growth.

It's going to hit 25 and soon double by 2027

When refinancing begins this will slowly but surely Sky Rocket 🚀

Imo rkt is now on cruise control and will make acquisitions when it sees fit and continue as a one stop shop

Don't let the market makers upset you.
You will see your $25 a share by end of year 2026 if not more.

The mm are doing what they do best. Steel shares from the public

If the market knows this is a double banger by 2027 isn't it kinda obvious they will do anything to piss the public off just to sell?

Refinancing is right around the corner 2026-2027

You will be happy you held imo

While i am a big believer in legacy wamu assets....This post has nothing to do about legacy wmi shareholders and only to do with rkt's positive future outlook alone with the tools it currently has.

I did warn everyone here that RKT PPS will drop below $13.00 and may even go as low as $11.50 by EOM Feb 2026....
