I respectfully disagree CDH. I attended the evening session in Syracuse and there were a number of tough questions, including the questions asked about the planned merger and in particular the Reverse Split.

During the last town hall on November 17, 2022, times were relatively good — investor confidence was strong, and the share price held above $10.

Since then, however, much has changed. The decline has taken a heavy toll on retail investors, many of whom have seen significant value wiped away. It’s important that this reality is acknowledged and addressed at the upcoming town hall.
