I doubt that Trump is going to lose the tariff suit in the Supreme Court. Yet, if that does happen it also might expedite the Twins release because Trump will be scrambling for funds and F2 is already teed up!! GLTA!!

Trump's Tariffs are not just tax but inclusive of numerous political foreign and domestic policy matters.
1. Narcotics
2. illegal immigration
3. Fair trade
4. Preventing wars
5. Promoting domestic mfg
6. Food and Medicine security
7. National security

SCOTUS should stay out of these political policy matters.

He isn’t going to lose the case. When a President declares an emergency, it is not subject to Judicial review by these inferior courts. The SCOTUS will rule for Trump because if they don’t, the lower inferior courts become President. That’s called Tyranny.
