Anybody - answer these 5 simple questions:

If GBT Technologies successfully acquires Two Hands Corporation, it could have several implications.

The goofs on $TWOH board are claiming the "buy out" at .006 will go thru.

1. How many $TWOH shares will $GTCH need to buy to execute this buy-out?

2. How much will that cost $GTCH?

3. Where will $GTCH get that?

4. "combination of cash & shares" - what cash, and how many shares will $GTCH need to issue?

5. When that doesn't come close to the agreed-price, where will additional funds come from?

$TWOH put out an update yesterday that the were having discussions about GTHC's offer.....what else can they provide at this point?
