What might be interesting is when did Kenneth obtain 13,568,420 shares of HDC? I find it hard to believe that in the 3rd quarter of 2021 that he didn't sell his shares when we had that big run. Did he not have shares until after that big run. Those guys are in this to make money not marry penny stocks so just maybe a late filing, like real late! as to that 13G.
