I'm a bit nervous also. Especially given the big decline in share price the past few weeks. You can't ever be 100% sure of any kind of "deal" on the OTC until it is signed, sealed, and delivered. lol I have also picked up a large number of shares below a penny recently including today.
If the deal is completed, this ticker should move above a penny again rather quickly. jmho
