I'm just a n00b. I try and be objective though.
I think anything over 200mil is a whale because
on some of these runs, the upside is 20x+ so
you can make lifechanging gains on just 1 play.
400m at .0001 is $40k
I think there are whales that own 1bil + shares.
This has traded for 31 months between .0001 and .0003
and total volume is 22bil + since it bottomed in early 2023
at .0001. It is possible a whale got 1bil out of that 22bil + traded
in the last 31months. Plenty of time to stealth accumulate.

Careful if you get closer to 800. You don't want to get close to 5% ownership unless you want selling restrictions.
