So, to restate the information clearly again (accounting for the reverse split):
• 2014: 12 million shares outstanding • 2023: 28million shares outstanding • Today (2025): 112 million shares outstanding.
That means the share count has increased almost 10× over the past decade — from 12 million to 112 million — and roughly 4× just since 2023.
You see, no matter if you use pre or post outstanding share number, we have had a 10X share dilution. You can’t be that ignorant If you are, you clearly couldn’t even balance a checkbook……SMFH!!!
