Looking back to previous made distributions, have they always been disclosed right in time ? I remember that I have been asked to get my common u-escrows PREMed, although they had to restore them later once again due to further made distributions. So why the xx did they ask for PREM (= position removal) ? Didn't they know about the further distributions that were open at this time ? Are you really sure that there are no exceptions which do not require a disclosure or that it has been made somehow, somewhen, hidden from the public .. ? For sure we should keep a 1% chance open .. that's my opinion with all the interesting things that have been found for this case all the years ..
