It was about to expire and NB took a shot in the dark at capital because they had nothing else on deck and it bit them in the ass. All that bullshit about 25 projects/companies was a load of shit. It was a last minute in the dark attempt at a cash grab and the spac shareholders had no knowledge of the sector and saw the (at that time) miserable broke ticker they were about to merge with and said Oh Hell no.
