The Castle presentation and even shareholder letter hints at JV or M&A type activities in the future. They need resources in terms of clinical experience, manufacturing, navigating the FDA, people, money.. It would be surprising if JV or M&A is NOT in the near future for this pipeline.
I think all non public commentary needs to be taken with a grain of salt so who knows exactly what and when we will get official PR's, but it does sound like they are prepping to release multiple series of information. We can speculate what any SEC approval would be needed for, but the most logical ones revolve around financings and/or M&A type activities.
All I know is the pipeline has traded for peanuts for far too long and limits all flexibility to move forward. I am optimistic that will change dramatically in the near future and all stakeholder levels will be happy to be a participant in the short, medium and long term outlook of this pipeline. IMO.
