I have a feeling the Advisor (Benson) reminded Pulte that FNMA can be diluted into oblivion.

Is anyone preparing lawsuits against the FHFA Director in case he decides to execute the Warrants and Convert the SPS to Common?

We should start preparing & threatening lawsuits in case Pulte dilutes Commons back to the low single-digits.
