Most likely a buyback is referring to an r/s most likely in a range of 1:100-1:500 for the o/s and keeping the a/s the same so they can finish off their debt. But that's the game. Either there's buyers down at this price for those shares, or they file their paperwork to get a r/s approval and then dilute downward. Got to be prepared for both directions
