You had me up until almost 1 a.m. last night digging through research because of the points you raised against my thesis. Seriously, had me questioning everything I’ve worked on.

I'm not much of an X man.

While I agree with most of your thesis and have noted a great deal of detail in your posts, I tend to fall more into the "big picture" format. The advantage I have here is that I've been doing 1031 exchanges since 1975 long before they were even known in the market. It just so happens the whole 1031 concept was born in my back yard here the Pacific NW (Eugene). I've been doing development and partnerships much like Primior since 1982.

I had the opportunity to jump into Bitcoin when it was valued at $300 but didn't see the value (big mistake). However, as a developer I believe the whole concept of tokenized real estate is a NOW ready for prime time and is mind blowing.
