What about all the other points, I don't get why you won't address them, never? Quit questioning everyone and begin posting some analytical thoughts that may help us be better investors!
My point in the share selling is that the company may have a firm speaking out of one side of their mouth and then selling their shares quietly. It's a problem due to honesty. I wish, personally, that they weren't moving down working with them as Franchisees in TX. They seem to have baggage to me, and ignore it at your own peril. I have the right to my opinion. I've met them and quizzed them as well, not impressed with their overall market knowledge, and that's supposed to be their expertise. And if they don't need capital, why keep them in the wings?
Now, let's get past that point - it's obvious I think they're dumping mega shares and you don't see it as a problem. They have a lot of shares to dump, for they advised JV on the capital structure of the entire company! I'm sure they negotiated well, and have been releasing shares slowly onto the mkt since we hit the uptrend to $.83. At least some people on the CC see it as a topic worth uncovering - whether you do or not matters little to me with all due respect. The market absorption rate is small apparently, or the stock would be rising.
In the end, we all have respectable opinions in my book. Yeah, I have a gut instinct on FC and I wish I never heard of them again - they just don't seem reputable to be working with as we all feel UPZS will be the 'next big thing.' Good luck and I hope mgmt starts understanding that we shareholders won't accept mediocrity forever. I think they can pull this off - but it may take more than what they're doing today.
They have something valuable but they can't seem to duplicate it well, and they could well run out of $ before full commercialization, at this pace... My sincere hope is that I'm wrong and over-analyzing this, but you can never over-analyze a start-up company. The stock could be cheap here IF they are executing on all cylinders. It isn't worth $50M if it's just rhetoric and hype though. Remember folks, the price per share doesn't matter, it's the valuation that matters. Each store today is valued at around $7M apeice (7 stores x $7M = market cap of $49M). Do your own due diligence, but ask the tough questions and expect correct and detailed answers.
I may soon resign from posting on this board and just go on with my investments on my own. I'm not feeling enough penetration into pertinent topics on this board to waste much more energy. i'm long and strong still, all being said.
Good luck.
