Yes Trillions to shareholders. NEW SHAREHOLDERS. NEW IPO. NEW STOCK. Current shares are not (FNMA) getting traded 1 for 1 with the new IPO shares. Everyone knows this . If you want new Fannie shares they will be way more than the $11 measly  dollars per share they are trading at now . If the current shares were going to be traded 1 for 1 with new shares they would be easily over $ 50 per share now . They are not cause they won't .
