The problem is we were given hope, as early as 2025. Now it's well that was a maybe. If they would actually take proactive steps this would be different. Just getting Fannie off the OTC or even saying "they applied to an exchange" would be showing actual forward momentum. The value is there but it can't be unlocked unless they actually get off their butts and actually show some follow through.
