Attempting to sell Elite while on the OTC is by far the DUMBEST decision Nasrat has made while CEO, and he's made A LOT of dumb decisions.

But even if he sticks with this DUMB decision, at BARE MINIMUM you don't put Elite up for sale until after the Feb 2026 earnings as evidenced here:

So, $2 or over is a dream, that's why it's going to the Nasdaq, but that's ok, just a longer time period.
