COOP's Q3 numbers will not be included in RKT's Q3 numbers. BUT....

COOP's Q4 *projected* numbers WILL be included in Q4 and '26 projections, which is what's going to be key to drive the stock higher.

Yes, I am sorry, you are are right, I meant the pro-forma numbers and projections for Q4 will be included.

I don't think COOP's financials will be included in RKT's Q3 results, since the acquisition was completed on Oct 1, which is the first day of Q4.
Hope I'm wrong
