Have no idea where you get I am some expert...lol. You do not need a degree to understand the broadness of how law is written. It is written for the sole purpose of debate. Which is why I stated such is merely a misnomer.
The most obvious example is "Capital punishment" et al ...being legal...while..."murder" is illegal. Misnomer..and so it goes.
