I sure as shit am not a biblical scholar, but I know enough to know this:
Moses didn’t block the Red Sea to protect the pharaoh. He didn’t stand at the edge yelling, “You’re hurting Pharaoh’s feelings.” He didn’t roll his eyes at the Israelites and say, “Who paid you to march?” He lifted his staff, split the damn water, and got shit done, something you wouldn’t understand if God personally handed you a to-do list and a GPS.
You are not Moses. You are not righteous. You are not brave.
You are a coward in cufflinks, a fraud in a prayer circle, a malfunctioning sermon in human form. And history will remember you as exactly what you are, a man who mistook cowardice for faith, corruption for leadership, and silence for salvation.
And when the truth finally floods the gates you’ve been guarding, I hope you can swim. Because the sea is rising.
