Then you are referring to Western culture. Welp...I'm not buying that. Just as I don't buy it was Nato's expansion etc. It was due to the overthrow of the Ukranian President - Viktor Fedorovych Yanukovych. One may argue that the European Union was also part of the problem with Yuri Lutsenko(Ukraine) pitching them.
That..and only that.... was the reason. So Viktor balked at the last moment and didn't sign the association agreement. Then the Ukranian masses riled' up and overthrew him.
And here we are today...elleven years later...millions dead...and millions spent....and a wasteland. Nobody is selling out Ukraine.
