The share structure doesn't need to change for shares to change hands. And the A/S was raised from 4 billion to 5 billion last October. Though GRLT has yet to update OTCMarkets.

Bragging about wealth is a common tactic of a scammer. What I don't get is if he's so rich why is he messing with a serial scam???
