Nothing yet...reply from Orie: "We believe FINRA is working since they are not a government agency though anything they do is with SEC coordination and SEC is not working outside skeleton crew. We are in touch with the broker dealer almost daily to see if they heard anything. I'll let you know as soon as I hear anything new"
