IMHO I feel that RKT will be buying SOME OF THE ASSETS that they only have servicing right to currently, and for that YES those assets ARE LEGACY HOLDERS NOT RKT HOLDERs

They had to make a distinct separation of COOP shares from legacy, that has now been done since THE OLD AND COLD pre 3-19-2012 have been paid for their holding IN COOP as were the POST 3-19-2012 shares holders so NOW NONE HAVE A BITCH.........
But with RKTs recent filing to authorize a total of 10 bill commons and several 100's of millions of Preferd shares, I will suggest, those will be used for pay off legacy for what ever they ACUALLY BUY as well as use that many shares to acquire OTHER CO's and I still say one will be LDI
