Excuse you for being wrong................if you were to contact Jonathan IR that is what he is telling shareholders to do as far as WDHI OK........you can contact him yourself and ask instead of posting things you dont know about or contact Frank [e-mail] and when you find out you were wrong let us know! They do own the 80% however they have nothing to do with WDHI

And you are correct there are now 3 ppl on the BOD as of July this year. That has changed recently from only 1 person. But scamming frank is still 1 of the 3 on the board.
