MAKE IT SIMPLE.
LBHI IS BROKE AFTER THE DISTRIBUTION OF ASSET. IT WILL NEED A NEW CAPITAL TO STAY AS A GOING CONCERN. BUT ANY OUTSIDE CAPITAL (acquisition) WILL NULLIFY THE NOL. THE ONLY SOURCE CAPITAL THAT CAN BE USED WITHOUT LOOSING THE NOL IS THE MONEY FROM THE OLD COLD DEBT SO EXPECT THE CREDITORS WILL AQUIRE LBHI. AS A NEW OWNER, CREDITORS WILL STILL HAVE A CHANCE TO RECOVER THE UNPAID DEBT OF ABOUT 128B. (converted to equity ownership in addition to the injected capital)

Lets hope that All creditors get paid . Satisfied in Full.
Interpertation..... that means "Creditor get Lost"
Then they get Nada.
And we hold 100%. ownership.
And remaining NOL.
By the way the only way the NOLs
are being used is that there are incoming funds
and thats is what exactly whats happening.
