When referring to the up-listing could they mean OTC-QB or QX first, before the Larger Exchange.
No I dont think so, they specifically say a big board exchange... neither of those are considered a Big Board Exchange... they are just higher tiers on the OTC which is not considered an Exchange... so they will go straight to either the NYSE, the New York American Exchange or the most obvious one the NASDAQ
