Fact of the matter is funding remained close to the same and they even had to put back in a 20 mil proposed cut

Would be a good thing if they did increase it and make it a priority......But not this year.......

You copy the address field and that is your link. ALL browsers do that. I feel bad for your shakes and other issues, but none of that is an excuse to copy a link.
Are you able to use a mouse? If not many browsers have voice commands too.
