It's not the same product. There is no shelf life to radioisotopes. It's three different products. Go ask Peter Pattison. This is only being looked at on here at a surface level. That's exactly why there are FDA regulations and controls in place.

The FDA does not care about one off animal stories. That's not controlled data. If it was, the FDA would have granted IDE and not make Korenko do a second animal study. Which was then still denied. And not even completed in its full capacity according to the SEC filing.

The FDA absolutely rejected the submittal. I have no idea how much clearer that could get considering Korenko literally put out a PR stating they were declined. Would you have rather me use that word instead because it's "softer?"

It doesn't work accordingly. That's why there were 63 comments still left in 2025. There is tunnel vision that "holding it in place" is the only thing the FDA is looking at. Which is inaccurate at its core stage.

Going through "a process" doesn't disqualify something from being a "scam." Even more so when it's someone else's money being used. It's always nice when you get those $16,000 or $25,000 monthly checks.

The patent was issued in 1998, sat for 13 years then "licensed" to a worthless OTC share selling scam in 2012. In that same year, Fisher said he was doing the New Zealand rabbit study but only published the safety paper in 2021 to make it look believable.

The massive gaps in this "revolutionary" medical device sure do seem strange. 😆🙄

The product has no shelf life. Y90 decays too fast to ship same formulation from USA to India that one intends to market in USA. But that's what RDGL is doing: testing a different formulation with higher initial Y90 concentration shipped to India. Hence the already announced confirmation they need operations in India. Until then, nothing can come out of India for FDA to consider.

Since a rabbit demonstration would be so much less costly, Occam says the second set of 2023 rabbits we never heard about was an attempt at such a statistically valid demonstration that failed. The should have been end of story for RDGL, unless it's a scam.
