Agreed! This options are all in play!!!! Mine to alloy to manufacturing, U.S. govt. stake, offtakes, Defense Prime/ or other Anchor investors, Pilot to Demo Scandium stuff, & more.... OPENS TO DOOR for sure... something is potenitally "BEHIND THE BUSH!" so to speak
