Thank you Bob for your clarification, I only own P's and also wanted K's to get paid. I selfishly was just thinking P's but you also make clear the larger holders may reach the threshold.

A minimum threshold requirement of say 1,000 P's ? How shall this be justified ?? If so, then the distributed amount must be very very small :-) I can't imagine that somebody with just 100 P's won't be considered, especially when we speak that 1 P has a very big value as there is always shown with the calculations.
