as well. In fact use of the internet grew quite a bit in 2000-2005, yet tech stocks tanked 90% by 2002

r59: AI might be in the early stages, but there will be fits and starts. And, there is always the possibility that there will be a big scientific breakthrough in quantum computing. QC stocks will be the new AI stocks down the road, imo. Currently, like most tech stocks, they are overbought. I guess you only know if there is a stock bubble if it bursts!
Switching gears, TGB expects the Florence mine to come online by the end of the year. I'll believe it when it happens.
I have been holding shares of TGB for a long time and am hoping for a big payoff, which, for me, would be $8 a share.
There is no guarantee that next year's copper prices will be as high as they are now.
If they were, though, it would be the proverbial perfect storm for Taseko.
