Yeah I don’t know either, just spitballing what are all the shares being issued for while we wait.
What I do know is we’ve got some of the old Hiru water players back in the house trying to bring some attention to it lol.

If I was a firm, I will gladly choose stock shares, based on some DD, and looking into HIRU's profile and plans in the pipeline. Also, the financial strenght and the capabilities of the people behind it.
Those shares are more likely to sky rocket, if they know how to handle it with some patience vs. a based fee. IMHO.

Its extremely unlikely any lawfirm would accept OTC shares as payment for services rendered.

Speaking of the lawfirm it's not a top lawfirm but not saying it's not capable of filing the motion. What surprised me is the lawyer on the file has little experience, has been with the firm from June 2025 & before appears to be a law clerk according to his LinkedIn bio.

Why didn't Hiru with all their so called Qatar money retain a principle lawyer from the firm.?.
