I stated that January 6th was an insurrection by definition. I am not talking about the President, Judges..or anyone else on either side. I am quite frankly speaking about the broadness of the Law itself and how it applies to the implication. Now you are citing Wiki and talking points.

I have absolutely no idea where you got that from. I simply stated that given the broad language in the Insurrection Act....he is correct in his action> That is not a defense...it is a critique on how the law is written.
