I was trying to determine what the exchange was going to be when outstanding shares are moved to the newCo and if it's a one for one for legacy stockholders. The only language I found today said Hulu will receive newly issued B shares. I think the company has a billion shares issued but only about 343 million outstanding. I wonder if Hulu is going to receive the issued shares that are not currently outstanding. Do you remember seeing anything like that?
