RITM
Decided to buy a small position in RITM at $10.91 today. here is what I like.
1) RITM pays you a solid dividend of 9.15%+ where I purchased.
2) RITM has been sold off here lately, as we were in the high 12's about a month ago. The RSI is also oversold at this point at 26, so I think this is a relatively good entry point.
3) RITM too me seems to cheap at about 5x this years estimates it should not get a high pe, but I still feel you could make a case for 7x here. Hence I think it is undervalued.
4) RITM trades at a discount to book value at $12.71, which I don't feel it should.
Conclusion: I like RITM here, as I think it is a decent entry point, after a nice size pullback in the last month at oversold levels with and RSI of 26, with a dividend yield north of 9.15%, and trading at a decent discount too book, at about 5x times earnings. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
