It seems the recent dip in RKT share price sets the stage for some serious buying after the COOP dividends hit.

Agreed, plus for some reason FMCC and FNMA chart is beginning to look very close to RKT. Im also following IWB 1000 and IWV 3000 to get a feeling of the whole picture.
