they will not exist in any FDIC, GSA, Plan 7 documents....how do you go after something that was not documented and say it belongs to you....

A lot of things were under seal and blacked out in the Purchase & Assumption Agreement.

You and I don't know what was documented BUT blacked out.

We have to wait and wait and then wait some more.

That's what makes this saga interesting.
