It is just how you look at it. For example a big cell is being bought by a big buy or a bunch of small boys so I can always look at all those buys and say those people know something that they are ready to invest 60 million shares and 1 billion dollars into the stock and I can always argue from that side as well. So according to me it means nothing. Someone is getting out and someone is getting in
