I can't say he gets much in the way of responses. But apart from that, the U.S. Military cannot arrest citizens enjoying their First Amendment rights. And as far as I know, Trumpty cannot just make laws at will.

At least during his first term, someone would have made sure he understood that. This time, no one will.
