Hi DB4D. As per “Rock-Otis”😀 Before the first in a very very long time Rocket announced an .08 div it was floundering in the 10-11.5 pps range, it moved up ,then they announced the purchase deal which helped the pps climb ….The rocket avg trading is 25-32M+ now add in the NEW SHARES . and it’s going to be a rodeo possibly until the dust settles and a 2x 1/4 drop in the rates happens should help the real estate markets IMHO.
IM STILL Pissed I missed 230pps sell for 25% of my holding +.2 for my other 25% and $20-21+per for the sell profit at the exchange pps ,water under the bridge but it still irks me , so IFFEN she drops I’ll put the $2 gimme back in and wait for awhile but not-for ever monies is for the living and spending at my age 😉
