No, and NBRI does not either. Their Fran property is not economic which is why it is being promoted by a shady OTC company. And the Bishop Mill is not permitted for full operations, and is tiny, outdated, and dilapidated.
You are treating it like a lottery ticket, which is the way to go. But don't confuse it for a real junior miner/exploration company. It is nothing more than a share-selling scheme.
