LBH – Extension of Administration to 30 November 2027
The Administrators’ appointment in respect of Lehman Brothers Holdings plc (in administration) (“LBH”) is currently due to expire on 30 November 2025.

There being various matters that remain to be addressed in the LBH administration in order to finalise its affairs, the Administrators intend to apply to the English Court pursuant to paragraph 76(2)(a) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for an Order that the Administrators’ terms of office in respect of LBH be extended by two years, to 30 November 2027 (the “Application”).

The Application has been listed for hearing in a 3 day window from 6 October 2025 at the High Court (Chancery Division).
